Once your organiser account is approved you can add events from your dashboard. Choose Event for a one-off date, or Class to set a weekly schedule — Gatherly generates each upcoming session for you.

Most events are reviewed within 48 hours on business days. You’ll get an email as soon as yours is published, and you can track its status from your dashboard at any time.

If something needs changing, we’ll tell you exactly what and why rather than simply declining it.

How do I create an organiser account?

Apply through the List Your Business page. Tell us a little about your organisation and we&rsquo;ll set up your account, usually within two business days. There is no cost and no ongoing commitment.

What are featured listings and how do I get one?

Featured listings appear at the top of the homepage and in relevant category pages. We select them editorially each week based on how well the event suits Wellington families, how complete the listing is, and how much variety we can offer across the region.

Adding clear photos, accurate ages and full pricing makes a listing far more likely to be picked.
