School Holiday Christmas Decoration Art Class

This October school holidays, tamariki aged 5–10 can come along to Old St Paul's for a festive art class inspired by a New Zealand summer Christmas. In preparation for the tree going up at home, think sunshine and citrus, angels in swimsuits, beachy details and plenty of creative licence, with not a snowflake in sight! Children will create their own decorations to take home and add to the Christmas tree, enjoying a hands-on art session inside one of Te Whanganui-a-Tara's most spectacular heritage buildings. This is another of Old St Paul's popular art classes for kids, held inside the stunning Gothic Revival interior of a property now cared for by Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga. All materials will be provided. Please note, children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (free entry for adult elves). Spaces are limited.
